Tuna & Tomato Salad with Soy Sauce Dressing
A quick salad to make, with a flavorful dressing

< Soy Sauce Dressing >
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons salad oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons grated onion

< Salad >
Photo of scoring a cucumber with a fork. 1 can (6oz.) tuna in water, drained
2 1/2 cups tomatoes, cored and diced into 8-12 pieces
1/2 cup watercress, cut in 1-1 1/2 inch length
1 1/2 cups English cucumber, washed, scored with fork tines and thinly sliced
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Photo of mixing ingredients of Soy Sauce Dressing together. 1. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on HIGH(1200W) for 30 seconds, uncovered.

2. Combine the tuna, tomatoes, watercress and cucumber, in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
