Spinach Sesames Salad with DANDAN Dressing
This spicy Chinese peanut sauce is made just for this spinach salad

[4 Servings]    Cooking time: 10 minutes
 

1/4 pound ground pork
3 cups spinach, cut into 2 inch-wide pieces

< DANDAN Dressing >
Image of ingredients needed for DANDAN dressing 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce

< Garnish >
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
4 large black olives pitted and sliced (1/8 inch thin)

Photo of mixing ingredients of DANDAN dressing 1. Place the <DANDAN Dressing> ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl (4 liter or 4 quart) and blend until smooth. Add ground pork and mix well. Cover with a vented microwave lid.* Cook on HIGH (1200W) for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.

2. Make sure the pork is cooked. Take it out and stir until it is well blended.

3. Add the spinach to the hot dressing and mix well. When serving, garnish with black olives and sesame seeds.

* When using plastic wrap as a cover, poke a hole in the center to release the steam.
