Combine all the <Grilled Pork Sauce> ingredients and spoon over the pork on all sides. Place a bacon rack in the microwave oven and put the plate with pork on it. Cook on HIGH (1200W) for 3 – 4 minutes. When the color of the outside of pork changes, take out and prick with a toothpick. If clear juice comes out, the pork is done. Cool, and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

2. Boil some water and cook the noodles for 3 – 5 minutes and drain. Follow the package instructions.

3. In a separate pot, combine all the <Soup> ingredients and bring to a boil.

4. Place the noodles in warm serving bowls. Pour in the <Soup> and arrange the sliced pork on top. Sprinkle with green onions.

* Angel hair pasta can be substituted for chow mein noodles
