[ 2 kiwis ]    Cooking time: 5 minutes

2 kiwis (10 oz.)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup white wine
2 inch vanilla beans

1. Cut off both ends of the kiwis. Slice and peel them.

2. Place the kiwi slices in a microwave-safe bowl (1 liter or 1 quart.) Mix in the sugar, white wine, and vanilla beans.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and poke a hole in the center to release the steam.

4. Cook on HIGH(1200W) for 2 minutes.

5. Let it sit and cool before serving

* Serve cold. It tastes much better cold than hot.
