Pear Jam
A tender & smooth taste in your mouth

[Makes 2 cups]    Cooking time: 10 minutes
 

2 cups pears, skinned and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (8 oz.)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Place the pear cubes, sugar, and lemon juice in a microwave-safe bowl (3 liter or 3 quart).

2. Cover with plastic wrap and cut a whole in the center to release the steam. Cook on HIGH (1200W) for 2 minutes.

3. Uncover, cook on HIGH (1200W) 2 more minutes.

4. Take out and let it cool. The jam will thicken as it cools.
