Fresh Plum Sauce
Exotic Plum Sauce can be cooked by simply microwaving for 6 minutes!

[Makes 1 1/2 cups ]    Cooking time: 10 minutes
 

11 ounces plums, seeded, with skin, whirled in food processor or mixer until plums are pur
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Combine all the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl (2 1/2 liter or 2 1/2 quart). Cook without covering the bowl on HIGH (1200W) for 2 minutes.

2. When it reaches a boil, reduce the power to 80% so that it will not boil over, and continue cooking for 4 minutes or until the mixture reduces itself by half.

3. Take out and transfer to a different bowl immediately to prevent the sauce from continuing to cook from the residual heat. Let it cool until it thickens.

* A perfect sauce for yogurt!
