Cut komatsuna into 3cm lengths. Halve abura-age lengthwise and cut them into 1cm stripes.

Put kombu-soy sauce, abura-age, and komatsuna into an ovenproof bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Keep both sides slightly open to let steam go. (The open-edge wrap) Microwave on 600W for 3minutes. (1 and half minutes on 1200W)

Remove the wrap, mix well and serve.
* Without using microwave, add 3Tbsps water (Beside the ingredients). Cover with a lid and place over high heat. Bring to the boil, and reduce the heat to low and simmer for 6-8minutes
