Cut spinach into half-lengths, put it into an ovenproof bowl. (Place the leaves under the stalks.) Cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 3minutes. (1 and half minutes on 1200W)

Soak in cold water, drain and cut into 3cm lengths.

Mix well with the kombu-soy sauce and serve
* Without using microwave,
boil the spinach in a pot. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the excess water
