YAKINIKU NO TARE
(Yakiniku sauce with garlic, sesame, and ginger)
Perfect sauce for grilled or sautéed meat. Goes well with stir-fried vegetables, wonderful with tofu, too!

[Makes 90ml]    37kcal per potion (15ml); 0.9g salt
 

2Tbsps soy sauce
2Tbsps sugar
2Tbsps sake
1tsp grated garlic
1Tbsp grinded sesame
1tsp grated ginger
1Tbsp sesame oil

1. Put all the ingredients in an ovenproof cup, cover softly with plastic wrap. Microwave on 600W for 1minuite. (30seconds on 1200W)

2. Shake if the sugar is remaining. Remove the wrap and pour into a preserving bottle.

3. Keep in a refrigerator. It lasts for a month.

* Without using microwave, put all the ingredients in a pan. Heat over a low heat until the sugar melts
