2Tbsps miso 2Tbsps sugar 1Tbsp sake 1/2tsp oil
1. Put all the ingredients into an ovenproof bowl and stir until smooth.
2. Cover with the edge-open wrap and microwave on 600W for 1 minute.
3. Take the bowl out and stir to cool. Lasts for a month in a refrigerator.
* Without using microwave, put all the ingredients in a pot and cook over low heat stirring. Remove from the heat when it begins to boil.
