Miso Tasted Fried Rice
Low in calorie, but twice as tasty as usual

300g cooked rice
20 shrimps without shells and heads
2slices ham
10 snack-endou peas or 2Tbsps green peas
10cm Japanese leek
2Tbsps miso sauce
pepper

1. Devein shrimps. Cut ham into 1cm squares. Remove the fiber of snack endou peas and cut into 4. Cut Japanese leek diagonally into 8mm.

Photo of carrots made ready for microwave cooking 3. Put rice into a large ovenproof bowl, put (2) onto it and cover with the edge-open wrap. Microwave on 600W for 5minutes. Remove the wrap and mix well. Arrange on the plate, sprinkle with some pepper and serve.

* Without using microwave: Stir-fry the ingredients in a skillet. Empty the skillet, add 1tbsp oil and stir-fry rice. Put back the ingredients into the skillet, add miso sauce and mix. Remove from the heat. 474kcal per potion in this case.
