CHIRI-NABE (Simple fish pot)
So called Japanese bouillabaisse, pot dish with fish
[Serves 2]    134kcal per portion; 0.9g salt
 

200g (2filles) cod (cut each fillet into 2)
100g “cotton” tofu (cut into 4)
1 Japanese leek
5cm square konbu kelp
2-3Tbsps ponzu-soy sauce
momiji-oroshi radish (drain 70g grated daikon radish with a tea strainer, add 1/4tsp ichimi-pepper or 5drips Tabasco)

1. Boil 400ml water in a pot. Cook the ingredients in it.

2. Serve with ponzu-soy sauce and momiji-oroshi radish.
